Q:

What does "..the action requested can not be preformed due to an expired session.." mean?

A:

Receiving an error about a session timeout usually means you were automatically logged off of SA LINK after a period of inactivity while you were in the middle of filling out a form.

Usually you will only be logged out if you spend more than 60 minutes without on one page.
