ACPA EDUCATIONAL PARTNERSHIP At the 2008 ACPA Convention in Atlanta, Georgia, the Governing Board of ACPA was pleased to introduce CollegiateLink as the first ACPA Educational Partner.
The Education Partner program is a partnership between ACPA and select quality-focused organizations that can bring educational value to the goals and mission of ACPA and the Commissions, as well as support individual members.
Greg Roberts, ACPA Executive Director, stated that "CollegiateLink cares about the same things that ACPA members, as college student educators, care about and that is student learning. This partnership focuses on the student learning that occurs outside the classroom and providing a platform that supports administrative and student needs in a way that is easily implemented across the campus."
StudentLink, CollegiateLink's core system, is an easy to use, web based system for managing student organizations and tracking student participation in co-curricular activitites. The Student Club and Activity Fee Financial Management module streamlines online processes for rapid turn-around of budget submissions and purchase requests, and features an encumbrance accounting system to track budgets and allocations. Collegiatelink's three new modules extend the value of the technology: CL Transcript - Verified Co-Curricular Transcripts for Every Student CL Outcomes - Linking Student Involvement to Learning Outcomes CL Assess - Data Analysis for Institutional Assessment and Accreditation
